Our main drop-down category designed for filing taxes are as follows: Advertising, Car/Truck, Commission, Employees/Wages, Insurance, Interest, Mortgage, Contract Labor, Legal, Office, Rent or Lease, Repairs, Supplies, Taxes, Travel, Meals, Utilities, Fuel / Gas and Other.
Besides the date, income & expense, and category. You will be able to change all other entry fields to fit your business and track any expense you choose. Also, You may enter a receipt image URL of your expense to keep safe and organized.
If you will not need to use some of our extra fields, then they will disappear and blend-in as you see on the bottom left side of the ultimate entry form image we provided. You will have complete control of what you want to see.
